Tufting a rug by hand takes hours of repetitive work — and years of practice to master. In 2023, we asked: what if a machine could do the tufting, so anyone could turn an image into a rug? Three years, five prototypes, and one design software later, the Craftphilia fully automated tufting machine was born.

In June 2026, we brought Craftphilia to Kickstarter — and the response blew us away. Funded 4,806% in weeks, our community of backers proved what we believed: everyone has something they want to make. Machines ship to backers in August, and craftphilia.com is where the journey continues.
