Ships within 24 hours. In-stock orders leave our US warehouse within 24 hours on business days and arrive in 3–5 business days. Your tracking link comes by email.

Where we deliver. The contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We can't deliver to PO boxes, Alaska or Hawaii.

Free shipping. Any order with a Craftphilia machine ships free, along with everything else in it. Supplies and accessories on their own ship free over $89.

If a parcel has a problem. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery if anything arrives damaged. If tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days, we treat the parcel as lost and sort it out with you.

12-month machine warranty. If something goes wrong, we diagnose it remotely, send the replacement part free, and guide you through the fix by video.

Accessories. Covered if they arrive faulty — let us know when you unpack them.

14-day returns. Start a return within 14 days of delivery. Returns for reasons other than a quality issue carry a 20% restocking fee, and you pay the return shipping. Used machines and opened supplies can't be returned.

When will my order ship?

Is shipping free?

Any order with a Craftphilia machine ships free, along with everything else in it. Supplies and accessories on their own ship free over $89.

How do I use my CPoints?

Sign in, then tick Use CPoints in your order summary. 50 CPoints = $1 off, and points can cover up to 50% of your subtotal. The discount is added to your order automatically and stays valid for 30 minutes. If you don't check out in time, the points go straight back to your balance and you can use them again.

Can I return my order?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a return. Every return needs a return number from us first. Returns for any reason other than a quality issue carry a 20% restocking fee, and you pay the return shipping. Used machines and opened supplies can't be returned.
