Every Craftphilia Fully Automated Tufting Machine is built to create with you for years. If anything goes wrong under normal use, we'll fix it — quickly, and at no cost to you.
Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage is tied to your original order number and begins on the carrier-confirmed delivery date. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
How Warranty Service Works
We designed the Craftphilia machine to be modular and easy to service at home — most issues can be resolved in minutes without shipping anything back.
- Contact us at support@craftphilia.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video.
- Remote diagnosis. Our support team will help identify the cause, usually within 1 business day.
- Free replacement parts. If a part is confirmed defective, we will ship the replacement part to you free of charge, at our expense, from our U.S. warehouse, together with step-by-step replacement instructions and video guidance. Our team is available to assist you throughout the process.
- If parts and guided repair cannot resolve the issue, we will provide a further resolution, which may include a replacement unit, at our discretion.
You never pay for warranty parts or their shipping. Machines do not need to be shipped back for warranty service.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear of consumable and wear parts (e.g., needles, cutting blades, tufting cloth)
- Damage caused by accident, drops, liquid exposure, or improper storage
- Damage caused by misuse, operation contrary to the user manual, or use of materials incompatible with the machine's specifications
- Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair with non-original parts
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration) that does not affect the machine's function
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Loss or theft
Out-of-Warranty Service
If your machine needs help outside the warranty period or for issues not covered above, contact us — replacement parts are available for purchase, and our support team will still provide free repair guidance.
Extended Warranty
Extended warranty plans are not available at this time. Follow us or join our newsletter to be the first to know when they launch.
Your Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
