FAQ
Is the Creators Club free to join?
Yes. There's no fee and no purchase required. Create a Craftphilia account and you're a Maker from that moment, with 200 CPoints already in your balance.
Do I need to own a Craftphilia machine to join?
No. Craftphilia Studio is free to download and use whether or not you own one of our machines, and everything you do in the community earns CPoints the same way. Plenty of our members tuft by hand and use the Club for supplies.
Are my store account and my Studio account the same thing?
They are. One account covers both, so points you earn posting in Studio and points you earn buying supplies land in the same balance.
How do I earn CPoints?
Every $1 you spend earns 1 CPoint. Beyond that, there are one-off starter tasks worth 500 CPoints in total, ongoing community activity worth up to 600 CPoints a month, and 500 CPoints each time a friend you referred places their first order.
When do my points from an order arrive?
They're held until your order is delivered, then released into your balance. If there's no tracking on the shipment, they release 15 days after it leaves us. Task and community points land straight away.
Is there a limit on community points?
Yes — 600 CPoints a month across all community activity, with individual caps of 5 posts, 100 likes and 250 file downloads a month. The caps exist so the system rewards making things rather than gaming it.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
A full refund takes back the points that order earned, and returns any points you spent on it. A partial refund takes back a proportional share.
What are my CPoints worth?
50 CPoints is $1 off. You can redeem from 50 CPoints upward, in multiples of 50.
How do I use them?
Sign in, fill your cart, and choose how many CPoints to spend right there in the cart. The discount comes off immediately — there's no code to copy or remember.
Is there a limit on how much I can pay with points?
Points can cover up to half of an order's subtotal. That cap includes any member coupon you're using at the same time.
Do points expire?
They expire 12 months after your last activity. Earning or spending anything — even 20 CPoints for a post — resets the clock on your whole balance.
How do I move up a tier?
Creator needs $500 of spending, or 1,000 CPoints earned through tasks and community activity — that second route is there so you can reach it without buying anything. Pro needs $1,500 spent and Master $3,500.
How often are tiers reviewed?
Every quarter, based on your spending over the previous rolling 12 months. You move up the moment you qualify rather than waiting for a review, and you'll never drop more than one tier at any single review.
Why is the machine coupon smaller than the supplies coupon?
Because the margin on the machines is genuinely thin — we'd rather give a real 12% on supplies you buy again and again than advertise a big number on machines and quietly claw it back elsewhere.
Can business or wholesale accounts join?
Business and wholesale accounts aren't part of the tier programme. If you're buying for a studio, a school or a shop, email us and we'll sort out terms that make more sense than a points balance.
How does referring a friend work?
Share your referral link. When your friend places their first order and it passes the return window, you get 500 CPoints and they get 250 on top of what their order already earned. Up to 20 friends a year.
